Libby Weathers delivers proven and relevant, mindfulness training experiences to help busy professionals pilot their daily work more effectively and smoothly – because every detail matters.

Practicing mindfulness for more than 15-years, Libby became a Certified Mindfulness Instructor in 2007, holds a degree in Contemplative Psychology and a Certificate in Authentic Leadership from Naropa University. She is also a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University. Libby brings a breadth of leadership and organizational experience as partner/ owner of three businesses in education, technology and hospitality. She has executed large scale, creatively intricate programs and events for clients including Oracle, Stryker and Lexus. In 2016 Libby became a Senior Trainer and Consultant for Potential Project, the global leader of corporate based mindfulness programs. Libby speaks about mindfulness to audiences internationally. Residing in San Francisco, Libby has sailed all her life. She observes that high performance sailing is the only sport where – exactly as in business – the playing field is constantly changing.
